How it works
Load the parts
The screws are loaded using the patented CaSca system, which handles small-sized parts automatically and delicately.
Position the screw
The patented spindle receives the screw from the CaSca and holds it exposed for measurement; the spindle is equipped with an automatic release system to prevent jamming during the unloading phase from the go-gauge.
Measure without contact
The Vicivision MTL-X5 optical system performs dimensional and geometric inspections without touching the part, while the measuring key checks the socket depth.
Review the results
The part is automatically unloaded, and the results are displayed on the touch-screen panel, with automated reporting and a measurement history that can be exported.
